  1. General Information

1.1. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the sale of products through the online store https://global-dentaldiscount.com/shop/ (the “Online Store”) operated by F.H. DENTAL DISCOUNT ARKADIUSZ ADAMUS with its registered office in Częstochowa, Poland tax identification number (NIP): 5731060321, statistical number (REGON): 152145953, e-mail: dentaladamus@gmail.com (the “Seller”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

1.2. The Seller conducts cross‑border sales exclusively outside the territory of Poland.

1.3. By placing an order, the customer (“Customer”, “you”) agrees to be bound by these Terms.

1.4. These Terms apply to all customers placing orders through the Online Store.

1.5. Customer has a possibility to access this Terms at any time via the link placed on https://global-dentaldiscount.com, download it and print it.

  1. Goods

2.1. The store offers physical products (“Goods”).

2.2. All product images, photos, and visual representations presented in the Online Store are for illustrative purposes only. Minor differences between the Goods images and the actual Goods may occur.

2.3. Goods images do not infringe third‑party copyrights and are used either under license, within permitted use, or as illustrative representations.

  1. Rules of using the Online Store

3.1. To use the Online Store you need a computer or a mobile device with a web browser.

3.2. Services provided using the Online Store include:

  1. registration and creation of an account (“Account”),
  2. using the Account, after prior registration.

3.3. Registration consists of:

  1. completing the form located on the Online Store website and providing data marked as compulsory to registration,
  2. accepting the provisions of the Terms and Privacy Policy.

3.3. Registration on Online Store is optional. Customer can make an order without registration. To place an order, it is necessary for the Customer to have an e-mail address.

3.4. The services referred to in paragraph 2 above, are provided free of charge.

3.5. The Seller reserves the right to refuse to register an Account in the event that the e-mail address provided during the creation of the Account has been assigned to another Account.

3.6. After logging into the Account, the Customer may update or change the information previously provided at any time. The Customer shall use the Online Store solely in a lawful manner and in accordance with its intended purpose and shall avoid any actions that may interfere with or disrupt the proper operation of the Online Store. n particular, the Customer is prohibited from:

  1. posting or transmitting any content that violates applicable laws, principles of public order, or generally accepted standards of conduct,
  2. attempting to unlawfully interfere with, manipulate, or compromise the technical infrastructure or security systems of the Online Store,
  3. engaging in any conduct that infringes the rights or legitimate interests of the Seller or any third parties, including other customers,
  4. using the Online Store or its features in a manner inconsistent with these Terms.

3.7. The Seller reserves the right to block the Customer Account that uses the Online Store in a manner contrary to its intended use and the provisions of the Terms.

3.8. The Customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the Account login credentials and shall not share the login or password with any third parties, except for individuals duly authorized by the Customer to act on their behalf in connection with the use of the Account, including the placement of orders..

3.9. The Seller maintains a Customer Account for an indefinite period of time.

3.10. The Customer may request the termination of the Account at any time by submitting a deletion request to the Seller. Upon receipt of such request, the Seller shall remove the Account without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days thereafter. The Seller may verify the identity of the person submitting the request. Closure of the Account shall not affect any sales contracts entered into by the Customer prior to the submission of the deletion request..

  1. Orders and Contract Formation

4.1. In order to place an order, the Customer shall select Goods by adding them to the cart (the “Cart”) and by submitting the ordering party’s data at Online Store.

4.2. Orders may be placed around the clock, throughout the calendar year as a guest or by creating an account.

4.3. After an order is submitted, the Customer will receive an automatically generated message sent to the e-mail address provided during checkout, confirming receipt of the order and outlining the selected payment method. If the Customer does not receive such confirmation, the order should be deemed not to have been successfully processed..

4.4. Where the Goods ordered are not available, a relevant message shall be provided by the Seller to the Customer without unnecessary delay, in electronic form (to the e-mail address specified in the order form).

4.5. The Seller shall reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases including, but not limited to:

  1. where the data concerning the method or date of payment differ from the ones specified in these Terms and have not been agreed on with the Seller beforehand,
  2. unavailability of the Goods,
  3. incorrect pricing or description,
  4. suspicion of fraudulent activity.

5. Prices and Payment

5.1. All prices are displayed in the currency indicated in the online store and shall be gross prices (i.e. VAT inclusive).

5.2. Any additional costs (such as shipping or customs duties) will be clearly indicated before the order is finalized.

5.3. Available payment methods are displayed during the checkout process, i.e.:

  1. bank transfer,
  2. PayPal,
  3. Credit/Debit Cards.
  4. Delivery

6.1. Goods are delivered to countries outside Poland.

6.2. Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on the destination country and logistics providers.

6.3. The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, force majeure events, or actions of third‑party carriers.

  1. Right of Withdrawal

7.1. A Customer, who is a Consumer, has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

7.2. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day the Goods are received.

7.3. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform the Seller of their decision by an e-mail sent to the Sellers e-mail (dentaladamus@gmail.com).

7.4. Returned Goods must be sent back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the withdrawal notice.

7.5. The Consumer shall only be liable for the direct cost of return of the Goods.

  1. Returns and Refunds

8.1. Returned Goods must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

8.2. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

8.3. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned Goods.

  1. Complaint procedure

9.1. Any defects or non-conformities identified in the purchased Goods should be reported to the Seller without undue delay. Complaints may be submitted by e-mail and should include a description of the identified issue, as well as the Customer’s full name and postal address, and be sent to the following e-mail address: dentaladamus@gmail.com.

9.3. In the event that a complaint is considered to be justified, the Seller shall replace the defective Goods with ones free of defects, or where such replacement is impossible, the Seller shall offer to the Customer different Goods of equal value, or shall reimburse to the Customer an equivalent of the price paid.

9.4. The provisions set out in sections 7.4, 7.5, 8.2, and 8.3 shall apply accordingly.

  1. Intellectual Property

10.1. All content available in the online store, including texts, graphics, logos, and images, is protected by intellectual property laws.

10.2. Unauthorized use of the store content is prohibited.

  1. Final Provisions

11.1. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.

11.2. The version of the Terms in force at the time of placing an order shall apply.
